2018 PACIFIC PALISADES, CALIFORNIA NEW RESIDENCE
The site is a small lot with expansive coastal views from up high in the Pacific Palisades. The owners desired a Southern California family residence in the style of a home they've enjoyed for many years on Nantucket island. The proposed design negotiates the complexities of local and city zoning restrictions on a unique and curved lot. The result is a unique massing in plan and form, true to the owners wishes yet completely imaginative in composition.
