2018 SILVER LAKE, CALIFORNIA SMALL LOT SUBDIVISION
A new development designed according to the Los Angeles Small Lot Ordinance. The triangular lot with adjacent alley allows for a total of four subdivisions. The configuration maximizes the low sloping site by a staggering each unit. The units are visually connected by a figure-ground composition in elevation yet simultaneously broken down, overall, to the human scale.
