Schematic Design proposal completed within two weeks for a celebrity client. Existing residence entirely remodeled with two story addition, basement and pool. New separate buildings included gym, art studio and gallery, guest house with entertainment center and separate pool. Development proposed multiple buildings over a seven acre site.
